CONSUMERS PRIVACY & TERMS OF USAGE
ASA Publishing Corporation is highly sensitive to the privacy interests of consumers and believes that the protection of those interests is one of its most significant responsibilities. In acknowledgment of its obligations, “ASA Publishing Corporation” has adopted the following Privacy Policy applicable to information about consumers that it acquires in the course of its business:
1. Acquisition of Information. We do not acquire any more information about consumers than is required by law or is otherwise necessary to provide a high level of service efficiently and securely.
2. Our Employees and Privacy. We train all of our employees about the importance of privacy. We give access to information about consumers only to those employees who require it to perform their jobs.
3. Security Measures. We make access to privacy-sensitive information subject to rigorous procedural and technological controls, consistent with legal requirements and the demands of customer service.
4. Disclosure to Third Parties. We will provide individually-identifiable information about consumers to third parties only if we are compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority, we have the express permission of the consumer, or it is necessary to process transactions and provide our services.
5. Privacy and Our Business Partners. When we make our technology or services available to business partners, we will not share with them any more consumer information than is necessary, and we will make every reasonable effort to assure, by contract or otherwise, that they use our technology and services in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.
6. Our Refund Policy for General Merchandise. Is any other product purchased through ASA Publishing Corporation other than books which will be based upon exchange of the same merchandise[s] only after 30 days, but no more than 60 days. And any and all cash return is within 7 business days after a report on the merchandise[s] is available to us within 48 hours of receiving purchased product[s] with valid explanatory information of the reason for the product[s] return. (a) Any and all contractual agreement[s] and/or approval documentation[s] shall present and enforce its own merchandise purchase and return policy that will be agreeable on its own contractual/documentational terms, and in accordance (if limited) within this consumer policy, which shall not be omitted unless there is an amendment that supersedes certain terms of the agreement.
7. Our Refund Policy for New Books. Exchange of the same merchandise[s] within 24-72 hours after receiving a wrong or damaged product (book). Any cash return is within 7 business days after a report on the merchandise[s] is available to us within 12 hours of receiving purchased product[s] with valid explanatory information along with pictures of the reason for the product[s] return. 8. Our Refund Policy for Used Books. Exchange of the same merchandise[s] only after 5 days, but no more than 10 days. Any cash return is within 3 business days after a report on the merchandise[s] is available to us within 48 hours of receiving purchased product[s] with valid explanatory information of the reason for the product[s] return. 9. Affiliated in Book Purchase and Sales. Any book not published through ASA Publishing Corporation, will hold no responsibility to ASA Publishing Corporation for the publication of its contents, context, book cover, ISBN, formatting, editing, and such alike; whether new or used. All interior and exterior matters of a merchandise other than the shipping and receiving process is the responsibility of the individual and/or publishing entity who is presenting their book[s] for distribution through our store.
